The development of the product Barzahlen continues. In 2012 Barzahlen was integrated into the check-out systems of dm, real,- and mobilcom-debitel. Furthermore, we won over the first online merchants to use Barzahlen directly from the launch in 2013. Additionally ALSTIN invested in the successful development of Cash Payment Solutions GmbH.
Since 11th march 2013 Barzahlen is available nationwide in Germany. We started with 1.390 dm stores and won over real,- and mobilcom-debitel during 2013. Besides the e-commerce sector, Barzahlen expanded to the gaming sector and won over first clients of the utility sector – for example Stadtwerke Düsseldorf.
Barzahlen was honoured the best payment service 2014 and awarded with the IT Innovation Award. Our online shop networks grew to several thousand: Over 7000 online-shops, travel and gaming providers use Barzahlen.
Barzahlen is expanding to other industries and sectors and is now actively involved in dunning, insurance and telecommunication. Additionally Barzahlen has presented a solution for banking with which it is possible to deposit and to withdraw money to the own bank account. Cash Payment Solutions GmbH employs a young team of about 25 creative and dedicated employees in Berlin. By the end of 2015, Barzahlen expanded the retail partner store network with about 3000 stores of REWE.
